| Mr. Wigmore has a background of 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including executive-level positions at both Wyeth and Glaxo-SmithKline. Bob has recently agreed to join the rfXcel team as Executive Chairman. Mr. Wigmore is a supply chain, operations, marketing, and sales executive with extensive experience in managing line and staff functions. Most recently, Bob served as VP of Market Development for Wyeth Consumer Healthcare. Bob also continues to serve as Chairman of the Consumer Healthcare Products Association’s Board. Mr. Wigmore joined Wyeth in 1991 as VP of Sales. Since then, he’s also been in the roles of VP of Supply Chain and Logistics for Wyeth Consumer Healthcare. |

| Mr. Villani joined McKesson Corporation, Inc. (NYSE: MCK) in 1992. He served as Senior Vice President and Corporate CIO from 1997 to 2004 with responsibility for all technology initiatives within the Corporation including system strategy, application development and application support functions. Prior to McKesson, Villani spent 27 years with IBM where he held various senior management roles responsible for IBM’s software and hardware business solutions. When Villani left IBM, he was director of IS Investment Management with responsibility for IBM's U.S. IT investment in marketing and services. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Villani was a founding member of the Center for Information Management & Technology at the Haas School of Business of the University of California at Berkeley. He served as Chairman from 1996 to 1997. |

| Ari Swiller founded The Renewable Resources Group (RRG), a Los Angeles-based firm specializing in renewable and alternative energy projects. RRG provides a full range of project development and strategic advisory services relating to all aspects of sustainable and renewable power and water, and alternative fuel transportation, including: financing, permitting, and regulatory and political issues. Prior to founding RRG, Mr. Swiller was a principal in The Yucaipa Companies, a private equity firm also based in Los Angeles, managing several billion dollars. Mr. Swiller’s responsibilities included raising Yucaipa’s Private Equity funds, strategic investment planning, public relations, community affairs, and philanthropy. In addition, Mr. Swiller managed the firm’s board of advisors, which includes former President Bill Clinton and former HUD Secretary Henry Cisneros. Mr. Swiller served as Vice President of External Affairs at Ralphs (a Yucaipa portfolio company now merged into Kroger) and Executive Director of the Ralphs/Food4Less Foundation. Mr. Swiller is a board member of the Chrysalis Foundation, The Los Angeles Conservation Corps, and the L.A. Urban League Capital Campaign. Mr. Swiller received a B.A. from Cornell University. |

| Mr. Brownstein is Managing Partner at ITU Ventures, an early stage Venture Capital Company. Mr. Brownstein co-founded ITU Ventures and shares responsibility for directing overall investment strategy and oversees day-to-day activities. Prior to founding ITU Ventures, Mr. Brownstein was a member of the Merchant Banking Division of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, Inc., where he was responsible for acquisition and portfolio management. Previously, he was employed in the investment banking division of DLJ, where he participated in public and private investment banking activities including equity, debt, and merger/advisory transactions. Mr. Brownstein received a B.A. from Tulane and attended Columbia Business School. Mr. Brownstein serves as an advisor to the National Science Foundation’s Partnership Through Innovation Program, serves as a member of the executive committee of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, is on the Governor’s Science and Technology Commission for the State of Colorado, and serves as a trustee on the board of the Yitzhak Rabin Center in Israel. |

Glenn Abood, who founded the Company in November 2003, was the founder of Velosel Corporation, a provider of Product Information Management solutions, where he was President and CEO through September 2003. Velosel was founded in 2001 as the merger of HubStorm and Martquest—two early stage product management companies. Under Mr. Abood’s direction, the best elements of each company were combined and redirected to form one of the leading companies in the space. Mr. Abood is a 22-year enterprise software and technology industry veteran with prior senior management positions at Zland Corp., an Enterprise Software provider for SMB’s, where he was President and COO. Prior to that, Mr. Abood was with Cadence Design Systems, where he was VP and GM of a division that comprised approximately 1000 employees and achieved over $400M in revenue in 1999. Prior to Cadence, Mr. Abood was President and CEO of Silicon Valley Research, also a provider of software tools for the Engineering Design Automation market, and held several sales and marketing positions at Zycad Corporation, including VP of Sales. Mr. Abood started his career as a hardware design engineer with Raytheon Company. |
