| Glenn E. Abood (Chairman and CEO) |

| Glenn Abood, who founded the Company in November 2003, was the founder of Velosel Corporation, a provider of Product Information Management solutions, where he was President and CEO through September 2003. Velosel was founded in 2001 as the merger of HubStorm and Martquest - two early stage product management companies. Under Mr. Abood’s direction, the best elements of each company were combined and redirected to form one of the leading companies in the space. Mr. Abood is a 30-year enterprise software and technology industry veteran with prior senior management positions at Zland Corp., an Enterprise Software provider for SMB’s, where he was President and COO. Prior to that, Mr. Abood was with Cadence Design Systems, where he was VP and GM of a division that comprised approximately 1000 employees and achieved over $400M in revenue in 1999. Prior to Cadence, Mr. Abood was President and CEO of Silicon Valley Research, also a provider of software tools for the Engineering Design Automation market, and held several sales and marketing positions at Zycad Corporation, including VP of Sales. Mr. Abood started his career as a hardware design engineer with Raytheon Company. |
| Jack Tarkoff (VP of Sales, Co-Founder) |

Mr. Tarkoff is an award-winning sales and marketing professional with over 20 years of enterprise software and hardware experience. Prior to joining rfXcel, Mr. Tarkoff was Regional Sales Manager for Velosel Corp. in the Western Area. Mr. Tarkoff was responsible for the largest sale in the company’s history and won the President’s Club award. Prior to Velosel, Mr. Tarkoff was VP of Sales, Western region, for i2, where he built and managed a staff of sales representatives focused on two vertical markets - CPG and Pharmaceuticals. i2 recruited Mr. Tarkoff from JD Edwards where he was Midwest region Branch Sales Manager. At JDE Mr. Tarkoff and his team were able to successfully sell into a Midwest territory that never had any success in the past. Prior to JD Edwards, Mr. Tarkoff was VP of Sales and Marketing at Abacus Data Systems where he helped the company increase sales by 1000% during his tenure. Mr. Tarkoff also has an excellent track record as senior sales executives at both StorageTek and HP. Mr. Tarkoff began his career as an Account Manager at NCR where he went through their extensive, award - winning sales training program. Mr. Tarkoff holds a BS degree in Finance from University of Illinois. |
| Haris Kamal (VP of Business Development) |

Mr. Kamal is a senior sales and
marketing executive with a unique
blend of business and technical
knowledge. Prior to joining rfXcel,
Mr. Kamal led the sales and member
development initiatives at Agentrics,
formerly the WorldWide Retail
Exchange (WWRE). Mr. Kamal joined WWRE
during its inception, leading the
commercialization and growth of the
organization from its base of
initial investors to over 200 global
customers. Previously, Mr. Kamal was at
Baan ERP & Supply Chain Solutions
and led large scale ERP
implementations focused on
delivering supply chain
efficiencies. Mr. Kamal has also
managed, delivered, and grown
customer deployments at key accounts
while at American Management
Systems, providing IT consulting and
BPR services to government and
private clients. Previously, Mr. Kamal
was with Commerce One Global
Services and was nominated to
leverage the SAP relationship in
growing the Commerce One marketplace
solution. Mr. Kamal has a B.S. in
Management from George Mason
University as well as professional
training in ERP and supply chain
disciplines. |

Atul Mohidekar (CTO & SVP Operations) |

Mr. Mohidekar brings over 20 years of
experience in engineering
management, complex enterprise
software architecture design,
software development, and systems
integration He has experience in
both startup and large enterprise
software companies that includes
engineering management, product
strategy, product management,
pre-sales and post-sales customer
activities, partnerships management
and company acquisitions. Prior to
joining rfXcel, Mr. Mohidekar managed
Oracle’s Master Data Management
products, architected and built
Velosel’s Product Information
Management product line and built
the engineering team from ground up
(Velosel was acquired by TIBCO).
Mr. Mohidekar holds a Masters in Engineering
from Indian Institute of Technology
(Bombay) and a Bachelors in
Engineering from Walchand College of
Engineering, India. |

Roy Devadas
(VP of Operations) |

Mr. Devadas joined rfXcel with over 18 years
of IT leadership experience leading
enterprise systems development &
implementations at software
companies and leading IT departments
in medical device industry. Prior to
joining rfXcel, Mr. Devadas was Senior
Manager of IT at 800Flowers, leading
the eCommerce launch of
800baskets.com, planning &
implementing IT strategy. Prior to
this, as Director of IT at Tapco
Circuit Supply, Mr. Devadas led IT in
acquisitions, and implemented IT
strategies to help increase profits
by 15%, During the 4 years, Mr. Devadas used
innovative IT strategies to save 30%
of customer service costs & 25% of
supply chain costs. Prior to this,
Mr. Devadas was Manager of systems and
Program Manager at Medela, a medical
device manufacturer. Prior to that
Mr. Devadas was Software Development Manager
at Abacus Data Systems. Mr. Devadas received
his MBA from North Illinois
University, and a BS in Computer
Science from University of Michigan.
While at Michigan, he represented U
of M in a nationwide programming
contest, landing top 10 in the
country. |
