| Glenn E. Abood (CEO and Founder) |

 Glenn Abood, who founded the Company in November 2003, was the founder of Velosel Corporation, a provider of Product Information Management solutions, where he was President and CEO through September 2003. Velosel was founded in 2001 as the merger of HubStorm and Martquest - two early stage product management companies. Under Glenn’s direction, the best elements of each company were combined and redirected to form one of the leading companies in the space. Glenn is a 22-year enterprise software and technology industry veteran with prior senior management positions at Zland Corp., an Enterprise Software provider for SMB’s, where he was President and COO. Prior to that, Glenn was with Cadence Design Systems, where he was VP and GM of a division that comprised approximately 1000 employees and achieved over $400M in revenue in 1999. Prior to Cadence, Glenn was President and CEO of Silicon Valley Research, also a provider of software tools for the Engineering Design Automation market, and held several sales and marketing positions at Zycad Corporation, including VP of Sales. Glenn started his career as a hardware design engineer with Raytheon Company. Glenn holds an MSEE degree from Worcester Polytechnic University. |

 Jack is an award-winning sales and marketing professional with over 20 years of enterprise software and hardware experience. Prior to joining rfXcel, Jack was Regional Sales Manager for Velosel Corp. in the Western Area. Jack was responsible for the largest sale in the company’s history and won the President’s Club award. Prior to Velosel, Jack was VP of Sales, Western region, for i2, where he built and managed a staff of sales representatives focused on two vertical markets—CPG and Pharmaceuticals. i2 recruited Jack from JD Edwards where he was Midwest region Branch Sales Manager. At JDE Jack and his team were able to successfully sell into a Midwest territory that never had any success in the past. Prior to JD Edwards, Jack was VP of Sales and Marketing at Abacus Data Systems where he helped the company increase sales by 1000% during his tenure. Jack also has an excellent track record as senior sales executives at both StorageTek and HP. Jack began his career as an Account Manager at NCR where he went through their extensive, award-winning sales training program and was promoted 3 times in 5 years. Jack holds a BS degree in Finance from University of Illinois. |
| Haris Kamal (VP of Business Development) |

 Haris is a senior sales and marketing executive with a unique blend of business and technical knowledge. Prior to joining rfXcel, Haris led the sales and member development initiatives at Agentrics, formerly the WorldWide Retail Exchange (WWRE). Haris joined WWRE during its inception, leading the commercialization and growth of the organization from its base of initial investors to over 200 global customers. Previously, Haris was at Baan ERP & Supply Chain Solutions and led large scale ERP implementations focused on delivering supply chain efficiencies. Haris has also managed, delivered, and grown customer deployments at key accounts while at American Management Systems, providing IT consulting and BPR services to government and private clients. Previously, Haris was with Commerce One Global Services and was nominated to leverage the SAP relationship in growing the Commerce One marketplace solution. Haris has a B.S. in Management from George Mason University as well as professional training in ERP and supply chain disciplines. |

 James brings 25 years of experience directing new product development strategy, processes and implementation to rfXcel. Prior to joining rfXcel, he was Senior Director of Program Management at Virage Logic Corporation, where he managed a portfolio of over 100 development projects for new products and major accounts. Prior to this, as a Senior Director of eBusiness Applications at eSilicon Corporation, he directed the development of eSilicon Access, a patented online supply chain portal for track & trace of semiconductor products. In 5 years, he drove new product and marketing programs to help eSilicon grow revenues from 0 to $91M and rank #3 on the 2005 INC 500 list. Prior to this, James served as Vice President of Product Marketing at Zland, Inc., and President of High Technology Software, developing new products and systems in multiple industries including financial securities, communications, healthcare, and emergency 9-1-1 services. James received an MS in Technology Management from Pepperdine University, and a BS in Computer Science from The College of William and Mary. |

Soheil is a senior technology executive with over 20 years of experience in software development and information technology. He was recently the founder and CEO of MAPTICS, a high tech professional services firm that provided software development and IT services as well as management consulting services. Prior to founding MAPTICS, Soheil was the Vice President of Products and Services at Raining Data (formerly Pick Systems) where he lead the global operations for all their product lines including three Pick databases and a series of rapid application development tools. He was also responsible for creation of one of the first native XML database server products. Before joining Raining Data, Soheil was the Chief Technology Officer of Equative, an on-line resource management software vendor. Prior to Equative, he was Vice President of Technical Services at ZLand, an on-line software company and one of the pioneers of SaaS model. Soheil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University. |

Thomas joined the company from Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where he was Director, RFID Technology and Strategies. At Wyeth for 9 years, Thomas was a key contributor and strategist in the creation and ongoing management of Wyeth's RFID Program Office promoting patient safety, channel security and regulatory compliance by accurately tracking the movement of finished pharmaceutical products through all phases of supply chain management. Thomas has served as the co-chair of the Item Level Tagging Joint Requirements Group for EPCglobal and was a member of EPCglobal Healthcare Life Sciences Business Action Group; he was Steering Committee Chairman of HDMA's "RX Safe Track"; and was the Technology Team Lead for PhRMA’s Secure Supply Chain initiative. Prior to Wyeth, Thomas held management positions at several companies including General Electric and Andersen Consulting. Thomas holds a BA from Williams College; an MBA from Fordam University; an MS from Temple University School Of Pharmacy; and he is LEAN Six Sigma certified. |
| T. “Muthu” Muthusamy (Director of Engineering) |

 Muthu has successfully managed software development teams that were responsible for executing EAD/EAI, CRM and Financial and Accounting software projects. In addition to leading the engineering team at rfXcel, Muthu is a Director at Anadocs, a division of Anabond that specializes in IT Solutions. He joined the Anabond group in 1990 and most recently, headed Anabond Essex, a joint venture company with Dow Automotive, USA. This joint venture is considered to be one among the best by DOW. Prior to that, he lead the HTV silicone manufacturing unit of Anabond. Muthu started his career as an Engineer at ISRO (1985-1990) at the solid motor nozzle fabrication division. He was responsible for erection, commissioning, IT operations and maintenance of the composite nozzle making facility. Muthu holds an Engineering degree from Anna University. |
