Live technical support services will be available to all current and future rfXcel customers, Monday through Friday, 7am until 7pm, Central Time.
“With the significant increase in our customer base over this past year, rfXcel has put in place a centralized customer support function in order to provide timely response, track issues, and to provide prompt resolution,” said Roy Devadas, VP of Customer Support and Implementation Services.
This Center will be staffed by technical support professionals who are very knowledgeable about all of rfXcel's products and services, and whose qualifications include working for Microsoft, Canada Bell, Lenovo and others. Access to these professionals is provided by phone through an 800 number, as well as through email. More details will be provided directly to rfXcel customers. |
