Pedigree tracking is a Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and State requirement that compels pharmaceutical manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers to track drugs throughout the supply chain-from origin to destination.

fXcel is a leading provider of ePedigree Management solutions that allow manufacturers, distributors, and retailers to track the chain of custody of prescription drugs through the pharmaceutical supply chain. As a VAI third party vendor, rfXcel will provide an add-on software solution to allow comprehensive, accurate pedigree tracking. The application does this through a real-time interface with VAI’s S2K Enterprise Solutions to maintain an electronic record of all receipts, shipments and other transactions for accurate pedigree tracking.
